The Colorblinds are a pop-rock band active on the Prague music scene since 2010. They started out as high school students with singer Adam Mišík, who later pursued a solo career and was replaced by Vítek Soural. In their early years the band achieved a lot — they released their debut album, performed at festivals such as Rock for People and United Islands, and even appeared in a live broadcast on Czech Television.
After this energetic start, the members went their separate ways to study abroad, and the band spent several years mostly dormant, reuniting only occasionally for concerts. Since 2020, however, they have all settled back in Prague and have been actively working on new music and live shows. In 2023 they released the album Staying Alive, recorded at Faust Records in Dejvice, followed two years later by the EP Mr. Central, which reflects on the technological and social changes of recent years. Musically, the band has evolved from their early polished pop-rock sound toward a more experimental approach that draws inspiration from a wider range of genres.
